Scotland - On Film - 2005

Summer of 2005 I had the incredible opportunity to take a play I wrote my senior year of college to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland. I captured some of my favorite images I've ever taken (Boy with Kite and the portrait of a Scotsman in a kilt). Unfortunetly this is where my camera dies in the hands of a friend. Ten long years I was able to shoot on film and I'm so thankful I saved the negatives to share with you all today!

Chile - On Film - 2003

The Summer of my Junior Year of college I was very fortunate to be cast in a play that traveled to South America for a month. We lived in a cabin overlooking snowcapped mountains, we went hiking in the Andes Mountains, a time of my life I'll never forget!

London - On Film - 2002

December of 2002 I was lucky to travel to London with a small group of college mates to see the best theater in London. Here are a few of my favorite shots from the trip. Shot on Richoh Kr5iii. One of my favorite memories was visiting Stratford Upon Avon and visiting the home Shakespeare grew up in.

Where it all began: My first photo series - 1997

At 14 years old I signed up for a photography class at Blake Performing High School. My father bought me a Richoh Kr5iii. I shot on film, developed my film and printed images in a dark room. This was one of my very first photo series. As the class was developing film in the dark, we heard these bizarre sounds, we were all freaked out and we decided as a group to open the door, because we were all scared from the sound. The images below are the results of film accidently exposed to light. Thankfully the film was totally ruined!
